“Whiteout Conditions” es el séptimo disco en estudio de The New Pornographers, un grupo con Carl Newman al frente que tanto se inspira en el pop de los años 60 como en el power pop o la new wave de los 70.

En este álbum, la banda canadiense ha sufrido las bajas de Dan Bejar y del batería Kurt Dhale.
